Zombie Kingdom T-shirt from Cherry Sauce

I'm not into Zombie t-shirts, but this design gets a pass in my book. Maybe it has to do with the nostalgia, but this twist on Super Mario Bros. is very well done. The clothing company Cherry Sauce released this shirt for $25. It's great to see a different take from this popular game, because there's a lot of Super Mario shirts and not all are that great or they're very similar.

Here is another video of an artist recording the work that they're doing. McBess has a pretty cool style and it's interesting how everything is created from the beginning to the end in this wall drawing. To view more of McBess's work go to mcbess.com

iPhone 4 Film "Apple of My Eye"

I found this when a tv producer/director e-mailed this to show how good this film looks and I have to say it looks good for an iphone film. It'd be funny if the director of this short film didn't work on tv or film....sort of.

Vote Zerobriant design at Designbyhumans.com

Ok, so my submission didn't make the top 24 at the DBH 10K this year and there are plenty of other designs that I thought should've made it. There's always designs that make the cut and I feel very strongly that they shouldn't have been on the list. Zerobriant's design is one of my favorite, because it's so creative and works very well with the use of negative space. There's a design no matter how you view it, whether it's upside down or vice versa.

Inspiration: Dmitriy Rebus Larin

Watercolors is a very difficult medium and I applaud anyone who can create amazing compositions with it. I know I've dabbled in them, but not enough as I should. For all those watercolor loving fans check out the wonderful art of Russian artistst Dmitriy Rebus Larin. The work that Dmitriy forms when his brush hits the canvas is astonishing. Design Process by Derek Deal

Derek Deal is a designer from the firm The Black Axe   Here is a video of him breaking down his design process. I feel it's important to learn from other designers and seeing how they work can help you whether it is to apply something they do or not even use what they have done at all. It's a learning experience and a chance to gather some inspiration, but remember to plagiarize. If you want to read his process you can go here: Design Process by Derek Deal

Big Bang Big Boom Wall Stop Motion Animation

These animations must take forever to do, because they have to repaint over what they did. This is cool, because they also include other items, besides paint. Watch this.
