Inspiration: Liam Brazier
Liam Brazier does a very good job of creating illustrations with geometric shapes. His work remind of stained glass windows through the shapes and the vibrant colors. If you wish to see more of Liam Brazier's art then click here to view his portfolio.

New Dan Mumford Prints
New Dan Mumford prints available on his online store. I really love how his illustrations are so intricate and the attention to detail is great, but I wonder if it gets trivial at times. Maybe not. Anyway you can purchase these two and some other prints at his online store here

Inspiration: Grayson Castro
Grayson Castro has some nicely illustrated pieces, which a good portion focus his subjects being zombies. His Obama/McCain illustration and the President George W. Bush being torn apart are the pieces that intrigue me the most and wonder if they have a political message behind it.

Cool Palehorse Designed T-shirts
Palehorse aka Chris Parks is a designer who's work I really like. I really like his illustrations and think he has some creative concepts when it comes to his personal work. He has these two t-shirts that I think showcase his work very well. The t-shirts are tagless, so there won't be an itchy neck from the tag when you wear it. I'm not sure if I like the "Christos Mysterio" which I find to be a humorous parody or the "Mariachi" better. You can purchase these t-shirt for $22, which is a reasonable price for some wearable art.

Adam Spizak's "The Devil's Advocate"
Adam Spizak is a designer that I recently came across and really like what he has done. He creates some great looking digital illustrations. This particular piece is on actress Charlize Theron. He has a whole case study of the step by step process of his design. It is quite cool, because he did not use a photo of Charlize. To view this in further detail click here
Below is some of the step by step process.

365 Days of Creativity -Day 38
Here is the final result from the sketch that I was working on the last couple of days. I honestly had no direction, except that I wanted to create a simple face in Photoshop, instead of illustrator. I decided to work with shapes and I felt splatter could make for an interesting element in this illustration. Even though I used splatter in this design, I still feel as though the white background still makes this image clean, because it's very clear. The focal point was obviously the face, but I think the diamond in the background and the glimpse of the circle adds a nice a touch. If I even wanted to put this on a t-shirt it is already separated.

365 Days of Creativity -Day 3
Here's a quick sketch for today's goal. I'm still sketching away. I scanned something else, that I plan on working with color tomorrow. I just like the potential I can do with the face if I continue working on it.

Turquoise by Diego Fernandez
What is amazing about this illustration is that everything was created in Photoshop. I asked him if he drew this and then brought it into the computer, soon I found out I was wrong. This piece is so simple, but eye catching. The color makes it pop the most, but I find it inspiring when he told me, "It was made completely with photoshop, the lines and the color."I thought that was great. I find that inspiring, because it takes illustration to another level. I'm still messing around with the linework in Photoshop and find creating vector art in Illustrator easier, but works like this makes me want to continue practicing. The sketch feel makes this such an authentic feel, plus I like that their are certain spots on the skin like the face, where it looks as though it is stained by accident. What do you think about this piece?
Here is a previous post on another illustration of Diego Fernandez's

Inspiration: Florian Nicolle w/ Step By Step Process
I was browsing on Behance and came across some of the illustrations by Florian Nicolle. I must say there is pretty cool stuff. The blending of traditional media and digital media is always fun, but the majority of the legwork is traditional. Nicolle adds some texture in Photoshop of course to help make an amazing illustration shine even more. This is the artist statement on these illustrations:
I try to create an image that retains its freshness of the first paint stroke, the expressions of the line have to be very free and spontaneous. While keeping a rigorous drawing. So i use fast techniques like a bic, large brush, watercolor and chines ink then I add texture and details on Ps.
i use much texture of text, because it adds a presence of hand. I draw a picture as if I wrote a text, with the same tool, the same freedom, with erasures, lines, scribbles etc
You can view more work from this French Graphic Designer here: http://www.behance.net/neo_innov or http://www.neo-innov.fr/
Here is the step by step process:
1. Background
2. White Splash
3. Pencil
4. Black stroke with chinese ink
5. Water Color ink
6. Details in Photoshop
7. Integration of "Billie Jean" lyrics on forehead in Photoshop
